DARK KNIGHT

Newsies
I went to the midnight showing of Dark Knight, and I thought it was very good. It may even be my favorite Batman movie yet. My only complaint is that it was two hours and 30 minutes long, which is a long time to invest in what is happening, but it never really lagged or got boring. I really liked what I had to say thematically -- it definitely explored some concepts I would not have particularly expected from this type of movie. And it did it in a way that was not overdone -- not like "we get the point, already," but it kind of left you wondering what it was going to say about the human condition until the very end. So, overall, no complaints from me. It was well acted, well directed, well written, and the special effects and action sequences were believable and awesome. I would recommend this film to anyone.

Spoilerz!
The only moment I started to feel the time was when Gordon and Batman went down to check on the unconscious Two-Face after the big confrontation and they started TALKING. It was like, ALRIGHT ALREADY; the Joker already said he was trying to turn Dent into a monster. And you guys already said he was the best of you/Gotham's white light, etc. I remember; it was about an hour ago. But I guess they felt the need to sum everything up because it was the end...

I stayed after the credits to see if they'd show the Joker being put into Arkham but they didn't. :( I was hoping to see Harley Quinn...

Re: Spoilerz!
I also stayed until after the credits and was likewise disappointed. Also, it was really HOT in the theater, so it was hard to stay until after the credits because I was roasting. I think that also had something to do with my thinking the movie was extraordinarily long.
