What's up in Kim-ville

Hello there! I have been away for a little while. Well, I was still here, but just too busy/lazy to update.

There's not much going on. I got my first test back from my philosophy class. 72/75 -- A! Which is sort of to be expected when I go to classes. When I take classes online I seem to score a little bit lower. Which makes me think that the teacher is giving me sympathy points. I don't know whether to feel happy or sad because I truly find anything below an A- completely depressing, but I don't know if I actually earned the higher grade. Dilemma.

I'm also unhealthily fascinated by my teacher. You know how when you see someone's performance like on television, you become a real fan of the person playing the part? That's how I am with my teacher. I could watch him 24 hours a day, or on some reality television show. Which shows you how much I am fascinated by him because I am mostly anti-reality shows. I don't even know why. It's not like he is totally hot (like Lex) or anything like that. However, in the middle of class I find myself wanting to ask him personal questions like, "what's your favorite type of music?" Or "what's your favorite movie?" I barely stopped myself from asking last week.

Has anyone ever seen "Josie and the Pussycats" the live-action movie? Okay, you don't have to admit it to me, or anything. My teacher looks a lot like the guy who discovered Josie. You remember, the one with the fake British accent? My teacher looks a lot like him. Click here to see a picture of my teacher. Anyway, I really think he is boss. And, no, I don't have a crush on him (like Lex); he's like a news story that I am extremely interested in following. I mean, other than right now, I barely think about him. In class, I just wonder. And, really, who wouldn't find someone who teaches philosophy at a community college fascinating? I'm not weird. I'm not! Am I?

I had this really bad cough. Which, for Kim, equals bad, bad news. But, I conquered it. Germs can't affect me anymore. I am totally immune to any type of infection. That's it. And, perhaps, if I say this enough to myself it will actually be true. For real, the cough was bad. I got so bummed out about it that one night I started crying. Which, isn't good. That just makes me have a stuffed up nose, and worsens my lung condition. By the power of my logical mind, I finally turned off the waterworks. Three days later, I am almost as good as new.

I feel really inspired to make a poll.

I ask these questions because my dad thinks that numerology/astrology are Satan. He got mad at me today because of that. I don't think it is evil. I used to read palms when I was a freshman. I did it because 1) it was fun 2) it made me extremely popular at parties where I would 3) get to hold hands with several hot guys. Then I started getting into tarot reading, which actually is evil. Don't let Miss Cleo fool you. She may look innocent enough, but she's not. Along with Vivendi Universal, she is in a direct alliance with the Master of Evil. Anyway, because I sensed the evilness of it, I stopped doing the tarot, and with it went my palm reading ability. Which is kind of sad, because I actually like reading palms. I can't remember anything about palm reading now. Oh, let me give you the URL to a really fascinating numerology site. Click Here to be evil. I found out that I was a natural philosopher, and also I am a loner, apparently.

I also wrote part of a pilot script that me and my friend Justin are making for television. If you want to read it, and tell me what you think, let me know. It's the first serious script of any kind that I have written, so I am trying to root out any evilness that may lie within the work. I can't post it online anywhere because, well, Justin would probably kill me.

Speaking of Justin, he just left from visiting me Friday. It really was a fun trip, for me, at least. We saw a couple of movies together while he was here (Shanghai Knights and Bringing down the House). We got a ton of work done on our television series. He got to go to some really important meetings in L.A. that are definitely furthering his career. He wrote a song for a trailer. We also worked a little bit on the Everwood song. We shot an innerplaid music video. We watched a lot of Star Trek: The Next Generation. Anyway, I had a very great time. You already know about the Buffy party.

Anyway, I need to go. I already made my sister mad because she wanted to work on this music video we're doing and I told her that I couldn't because I was writing. So, until later...
