I'm so tricky!
I thought before I post all about my TV watching habits, that I would post the answers to my Four Truths and One Lie poll. Shockingly, no one got the lie. I feel so tricky! *evil laughter*

I used to live in a house made out of dirt bricks.

This one is true. When I turned 18, I moved out of my parents' house and into a little rented house with a couple of roommates. This house was over 100 years old, and the oldest parts of it were constructed out of Adobe dirt bricks. I loved that little house, even though for half of the time I lived there the water wasn't working or the gas wasn't working or the phone lines weren't working or the electricity wasn't working. Fun times, though.

I hate dogs.

This one may be worded a little strongly, but I really don't like dogs. I mean, I will tolerate other people's dogs, and I have no problem with watching dogs on TV or movies, but I just don't really like them. I have never wanted one as a pet, and I contemplate how to effectively get rid of the two annoying ones we have in our backyard. (And, by "get rid" I mean find a nice loving family to adopt them.) I hope that doesn't make me seem like a horrible person, because I'm not horrible; I'm fantastic. Everyone loves me!

I have over seven dozen first cousins

It's true. Although my mom only has one brother and one sister (who have nine children between them), my dad has seven brothers AND seven sisters. The ones that are married have extremely large families. The ones that aren't married are younger than I am. Weird, huh?

I once dressed up as my school mascot for a football game

This one is not true. I was really tricky, though, because I have dressed up as my high school mascot for a basketball game. Our mascot was the Tiger so I got to dress up in a furry orange tiger suit with a huge mask. It is SO hot under there. But it was quite liberating. I got to dance around and act like a real idiot without worrying about people judging. Great times.

I have never done any illegal drugs

It's true! Not that I never had the opportunity, just really never had the desire. Plus, I'm really rather fond of all of my brain cells, and if I killed any of them off, I'm sure I would miss them quite a lot. Yeah, I'm so straight-edge. (Except, not really, because I have only a vague concept of what being "straight-edge" is.)

On a totally unrelated note, I would just like to ask a semi-rhetorical question. Don't you hate it when someone comes to you for help, and you take your time and effort to help them, and then they end up discarding all of your helpfulness and practically do everything by themselves? Me, too.
