Update: Veronica Mars, school, ice skating, and movie review.
I have been pretty busy lately. I ditched school last Monday to go to Los Angeles and watch the Paley festival's Veronica Mars panel with Cecilia and waterbearers. It was so much fun. I even have pictures of the Veronica Mars bunch. Well, pictures of Cecilia and I with them. Very cool. I will post that soon.

I have to wait one more week until spring break. This really sucks because a lot of stuff is due right before the break, and I really don't want to do any of it. I have a couple of papers due tomorrow. Now, I have actually started them, so that is good news. I still have to keep trying. Which is difficult when you just want to chill.

I got an A in my health science online class. Now I don't have to worry about that for the rest of the semester. Huzzah! Now I'm back to 15 credits instead of 18.

I missed Thursday's The OC, and I'm very sad about it.

I watched figure skating this weekend. Very cool. And, randomly, how hot is that French skater Brian Joubert? Very, very hot. It's too bad he messed up in his long program, but I'm really happy for Stephane Lambiel, the Swiss skater who won. It really is a shame that Plushenko had to withdraw because of his injuries. It must have been a hard decision being that the world championship was being held in his homeland. I was also very happy for the Russian pairs skaters who won after taking that horrible fall of the smart ones skating competition in Philadelphia last October. What a triumph for them. And, Slutskaya is the cutest thing ever. It was a shame that Michelle Kwan got fourth -- the first time she has missed the podium at world's in 10 years.

On a related note, I went with my family on Friday night to see Ice Princess, which I thought was an okay movie. What was most impressive was the editing and the stunt doubles they had for Michelle Trachtenberg. I was looking, and I could only tell there were stunt doubles in about two places in the movie. Very cool.

Also, I tried out this new Reese's peanut butter cup, and it was wicked good. It was a Reese's peanut butter cup with fudge on the outside instead of chocolate. I don't think I've ever had anything so good before. Much recommended!
